End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

1.1 License Grant

Yazhi Tech grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to install and use the KavachAV software on the number of devices specified in your purchase order. This license is for your internal use and is effective until terminated or until the expiry of your subscription.

1.2 Technical Restrictions

The Software is licensed, not sold. You shall not:
  • Decompile, reverse engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of the software.
  • Bypass or circumvent any technological protection measures in the software.
  • Use the software to provide "software as a service" (SaaS) or manage services for third parties.

1.3 Consent to Data Use

You agree that the Software may collect and use technical data and related information—including but not limited to technical information about your device, system, and application software—to facilitate the provision of software updates and product support.
