1. REFUND POLICY

1.1 7-Day Refund Window

Yazhi Tech offers a 7-day money-back guarantee for all initial software purchases. If you are unsatisfied with the product or encounter technical incompatibilities, you may request a full refund within seven days of the transaction date.

1.2 Refund Eligibility

  • Refunds apply only to the first purchase of a KavachAV license.
  • Refunds are not available for automatic renewals or manual renewals.
  • You must provide the Order ID and the email address used at the time of purchase.

1.3 Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during the purchase.
